Chamomile is a wonderful herb for anything digestive related. Can also help when you have a headache or need help to sleep. Used as a mild anti-inflammatory.

Directions for use:

To prepare as a tea, pour 8 oz. boiling water over 2 tsp. of herb. Cover and steep 5-10 minutes, strain and serve immediately.
