This Anxiety roller ball blend is made to help calm the mind and ground you during stressful situations.

Ingredients: Lavender infused fractionated coconut oil, Vetiver, Chamomile and Cedarwood essential oils.

Directions for use: Roll our Anxiety Roller Ball blend over pulse points, temples and under nose for best results.

I chose this blend of essential oils because over the many years of struggling with anxiety these were the only essential oils that I have found to help me.

Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia) has been used for a long time to help calm the mind.

Vetiver (Chrysopogon zizanioides) is a well known essential oil that helps to ground and center yourself.

Chamomile (Matricaria recutita) is known to increase dopamine and serotonin in the brain.

Cedarwood (Cedrus spp.) can help calm stressful nerves and enhance your mood.

Roller Balls are great to have on hand, they are small enough to fit in your pocket or in your purse so you can always have it with you when you need it.
