This Plantain and Comfrey Salve is great for many things from cuts, scrapes, bug bites, dry, cracked skin, really anything skin related!

Comfrey is an all around wonderful healer not only for skin but deeper tissues and bones. Comfrey works wonders when you have a sprain, broken bones/fractures (comfrey’s known as knit bone) or sore muscles and bruises. It also works great at healing wounds because it contains allantoin which helps to repair skin! Just be sure to clean any wounds thoroughly before applying.

Plantain is a go to herb when you have a bug bite or bee sting as it helps to draw out the venom and soothe the irritation it can cause. Plantain can also be used for any skin inflammation, dry skin, cracked skin, rashes etc.

Comfrey and Plantain make an amazing combination that you’ll love to have in your first aid kit.

*Only use on clean wounds! Comfrey has the ability to seal a wound and if it is not clean it can seal in an infection!
